Chrome ignores position on Windows

Running the ReactExample.js from [email protected] will render Google Chrome on 100% of the screen, instead of the expected top: 80% right: 50%. The TextEditor and Terminal will render correctly. No console output.

Tried increasing the timeout in workflow-wm-windows without any success.
