[Installation] Issue with Scipy version

Hi,

I am not sure which scipy version for pycox. Check this function: https://github.com/havakv/pycox/blob/3eccdd7fd9844a060f50fdcc315659f33a2d2dc1/pycox/evaluation/ipcw.py#L86

This function: scipy.integrate.simps is already deprecated.
