Mining Dimensions (customportalapi) portals are continually causing blocks to appear [BUG]

Describe the bug Hello, I created a modpack which I have your Pro version of the mod installed on. I crafted Mining Dimension portals and they use a portalblock from customportalapi. When the portal is created it acts like it is breaking constantly. I have tried many settings on the block section I found the customportalapi block and changed it to default and turned all the sliders down, but to no avail. Any idea why it could be doing this?

To Reproduce Install PXC Cobblemon and build a Mining dimension portal
