Describe the bug I treid breaking aDragon Egg attached to another Dragon Egg and my game instantly froze and crashed to Desktop

To Reproduce Place two dragon Eggs next to each other and break one

Minecraft Version: 1.21 Physics Mod Version: 3.0.16

I wasn't able to reproduce this crash. Which mods are you using? Can you include a crash log?
