Zombies do not ragdoll most of the time [BUG]
Description: Zombies should ragdoll, everything else does. Sometimes they work, mostly they don't. They worked yesterday, they don't work now.
Reproduction: Well currently I have no idea how to reproduce. I added a different shader, but the issue is persistent with the old one that ragdolling worked with. I got all ragdolls to work flawlessly by changing shaders, restarting, then changing back. The shaders in question are Complementary v4.4 and Rethinking Voxels Beta 18d. I also removed Starlight and Illuminations to see if they were interfering. No luck.
I have no animation mods either. I did swap to Physics Mod Pro before this issue started. That could be a problem, but unlikely. I added the mods: Blueprint Starlight Illuminations Sapience Unusual End Takes a Pillage Savage and Ravage Bygone Nether Rotten Creatures
None of which edit the base zombie and none that I haven't tested edit the lighting system.

My method of temporarily fixing the problem by restarting doesn't work in survival.
Only happens on my survival world so far.
So it works on all mobs except zombies, and when I reset the mob options to whatever it will work for one and then no others. On creative world I fixed it and it is working perpetually. Same fix does not work on survival, as aforementioned.
If I set to ragdoll it will work 1/6 of the time.
Only happens during the day. That narrows it down massively
Aight, incompatibility found with Rotten Creatures. I have no idea what it edits.
