Grass blocks not breaking properly in some texture packs [BUG]

Grass blocks aren't breaking properly in conjunction with some texture packs.

When using the Tooniverse texture pack, grass blocks don't break properly in any setting besides particles.

Minecraft Version: 1.19.4 Physics Mod Version: 2.12.0
