Incompatibility with mob death animations
As the title suggests, my issue is that the mob physics for vanilla mobs are incompatible with death animations from modded mobs, instead of playing their original death animation, they just turn invisible before dying, also there's no ragdoll death animation option for vanilla mobs in 1.16.5
Can confirm, on 1.19. Noticed the same when trying to config MCDoom enemies. Azure said it was a Geckolib incompatibility on Physics' end.
