Compatibility with Protomanely's Weather Mod (Neoforge, 1.21.1)

There's a few conflicts and a few other issues, that make these 2 mods not work entirely great when combined.

Conflicts:

  1. Proto's mod uses a ray marching algorithm for it's volumetric clouds, which conflicts with smoke physics and causes great quantities of lag - Smoke also doesn't depth sort well with the volumetrics.

  2. Both mods wind speeds and directions are asynchronized, it's kinda a small issue, but annoying to an extent.

Suggestions:

  1. Wind from Proto's mod affects the direction and intensity of the ocean shader.

  2. Ragdoll physics is triggered when an entity enters a tornado.

Important statement:

This mod has yet to be updated past 1.21.1, and is a neoforge only mod, so this is likely low priority—although this mod is fairly new, and it isn't confirmed that the developer will keep things this way.
