Incompatible with Ryzen PRO 4750G

I'd love to have support of ryzen_monitor on Zen2 APUs like this 4750G one.

I can confirm that /sys/kernel/ryzen_smu_drv/pm_table and /sys/kernel/ryzen_smu_drv/pm_table_version exists. Let me know if I can somehow assist with it.
