Import provenance

Montage should track provenance for sets of entries into a round. Entries can come from a category on Wikimedia Commons, a list of files, or another round.

I should add that it's not just about provenance, but multiple sources for a particular round. The default flow will remain category-then-rounds, and we want to support adding in missed entries, etc. We may want to flag these in the audit log, as it has some potential for misuse.
