Better description for the threshold map

The coordinator view should describe the threshold map in plain language. For example, instead of saying "average score of 0.5", the dialogue should explain that this means "__ ranked the entry at least __ stars."

Speaking of plain language, I'd clarify "in plain language" to say "in units appropriate for the round". I'm a bit skeptical of how much clarity this will add, because quorum and score averaging means that there will be like 20+ outcomes in some cases, with choices like 3.33335 stars :)

I have not seen this to be a problem. On the other hand, many of the coordinators simply forget to put the threshold. When they do, Montage produces a rather incomprehensible error message that does not help to figure out the problem. I would suggest to highlight the threshold in red, and to fix the error message. Will talk to Pawel about it.
