Provide default instructions

When creating a new round, coordinators should be provided with a default (modifiable) set of instructions based on the round type (yes/no, rating, and ranking).

Is it really high priority, given that campaign coordinators should decide themselves what they want and (be able to) phrase their wishes, instead of simply using defaults? I never found it difficult to write 2-3 lines of text as guidelines.

I would suggest closing this, as there does not seem to be any strong demand for this feature.
