Can I override home and recent apps buttons when I set app as home launcher?

My app is public in the company so I don't want anyone to turn off app when I set it as home launcher. Can I override home and recent apps buttons?

Hay dude, I can't use recent button in my device.If i press on recent button, it's just showing the blank screen, it's not showing recent apps.Did u face the issue too bro?I can't take forward my project with these problem.
