Include Client Version in the Operations filters

I think it will quickly become difficult debug issues related to a specific version of a mobile app.

I would like the header apollographql-client-version to be displayed as its own column similar to how the Client Name currently is.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually viewing each operation for a particular OS and manually filtering by the headers sounds like quite a pain
