How to get hand mesh solely from MANO pose and shape parameters?

I am trying to make hand mesh that can be obtained here using MANO pose and shape parameters from meta data.

However, whatever configuration of MANO model that I use with the MANO pose and shape parameters from meta data, I cannot directly get the exactly same MANO hand mesh that can be seen here.

May I ask how to obtain the hand mesh directly with MANO pose and shape parameters?
