Introduce support of WebTunnel, OBFS and Snowflake bridges as in Tor-browsers.

Problem/Motivation

Tor can not establish connection in some countries/ISP under censorship without bridges.

Actual behavior

Bootstrap process is freezed on 0-10% in the best case.

Yes, we need it. Please add bridges support.

@igorenot have you try to check-out https://github.com/hassio-addons/addon-tor/pull/170 into /addons directory? i don't know another way to install this until merged, but i wanna get some feedback since i wasn't able to connect via snowflake
