Rate limit exceeded

@akrigator has exceeded the limit for the number of commits or files that can be reviewed per hour. Please wait 14 minutes and 12 seconds before requesting another review.

How to resolve this issue?

After the wait time has elapsed, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

We recommend that you space out your commits to avoid hitting the rate limit.

How do rate limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces hourly rate limits for each developer per organization.

Our paid plans have higher rate limits than the trial, open-source and free plans. In all cases, we re-allow further reviews after a brief timeout.

Walkthrough

The recent changes enhance the Tor Docker setup by integrating essential tools and configurations for pluggable transports. Key updates include the installation of dependencies like go, git, ca-certificates, and libcap, along with the creation and building of transport clients such as obfs4proxy, snowflake, and webtunnel. Additionally, support for bridges in Tor's configuration and translations has been added, and the HEALTHCHECK timing has been adjusted for improved stability.

Changes

File/Path Summary
.github/renovate.json Added versioning and datasource templates for dependencies obfs4, snowflake, and webtunnel.
tor/Dockerfile Introduced dependencies go, git, ca-certificates, and libcap. Downloaded and built pluggable transports obfs4proxy, snowflake, and webtunnel. Set capabilities for binding to privileged ports and adjusted the HEALTHCHECK start period.
tor/config.yaml Introduced the bridges option, now specified as a string with a default empty array [].
tor/translations/en.yaml Expanded translations to include configuration details for bridges in Tor, with corresponding name and description fields.
tor/.../s6-overlay/s6-rc.d/init-tor/run Added support for transport plugins (obfs2, obfs3, obfs4, scramblesuit, snowflake, WebTunnel) and included logic to add specified bridges to the Tor configuration file.

In tunnels beneath the moonlight's sheen,
Obfs4proxy and snowflake dream.
With git and go, their tasks they bear,
And webtunnel dances through the night air.
Together they bind, a vigilant guard,
Bridging the gaps, no effort too hard.
