Support cosign

If I understand correctly, sg. like this should be added to the build.yaml (note: I have near zero knowledge about the internals, and the docs still talks about codenotary (https://developers.home-assistant.io/docs/add-ons/security#codenotary-cas), so I'm in the dark):

cosign:
  identity: https://github.com/hassio-addons/addon-base/.*

Codenotary will be removed from the SU (https://github.com/home-assistant/supervisor/pull/6236), and is already removed from the "official" add-ons (https://github.com/home-assistant/addons/pull/4208).

Yes, however, cosign support is also no there.

So, this issue can't be resolved.
