I Can't add PURA MAX into PETKIT App devices

I have purchased PETKIT PURA MAX in the Chinese version is not compatible with PETKIT(international), How I can add devices on PETKIT app for use hasscc control?

I purchased the Chinese version of Pura Max locally. It cannot be used in other countries. Is there a way to make it usable?

When I change the region to China on my iPhone and set the region to China in the Petkit app, device registration fails at around 70%.
