Add an option to automatically clear the compilation buffer when a --file-watch rebuild is triggered

Currently, when a rebuild is triggered, the previous compilation output doesn't go away, which makes it cumbersome to use if e.g. I have lots of failing doctests and I'm fixing them one-by-one.
