Link in breadcrumb doesn't go back to the index

This link (<a href>The Haskell Error Index</a>&nbsp;») in all the message pages I've visited just refreshes the page, instead of going back to the message index.

The code says there should be a URL inserted, but I guess that's not happening? 🤔
