Minimizing causes broken graphics

It's ubuntu 16.04. After clicking minimize skype didn't hide from desktop. http://ss.codeone.pl/ss-2016-07-19_16-23-23-1468938203.png

It's image just freezed (as you can see - libre office should be visible).

It seems that this might be related to hardware acceleration - is it possible to disable it?

Please, install another DE or another WM, try to minimize again, and report if the same issue occurs.
