Exposing Data.Text(.Lazy).Read.hex

Currently only the hexadecimal combinator is exposed, which tolerates a leading 0x in the input. Sometimes this is undesirable and you strictly only want hex digits, which is exactly what the hex combinator does--unfortunately, it's not exported.

It's only a small combinator, but it's already there, so could it be exported, please?
