Download of compileable project zip

Someone has suggested it might be useful to have a button to download a zip archive containing sufficient auxiliary files to compile the program locally using cabal. That is to say, just bundle a standard stub thing.cabal file with it.

Low-priority, given that the answer is just "bundle the same .cabal file with everything", I'm not sure this is worth implementing.
