Many ghcide tests are marked as known broken

This is obviously suboptimal. It would be great to go through them and work out a) if they're actually broken, and b) if it would be doable to fix them.

Just checked on all 9.2 tests. All that are disabled for 9.2 don't appear to be fixable. All appear to be breaking changes.
