Clear search box when the search dialog is closed

Hi, thanks for the press-s-to-search feature, I use it all the time.

I'd like to request a change to the state of the search string after either selecting an item or closing the search dialog.

Currently, after either of these actions, the search string is left alone. Any subsequent search usually begins with s<backspace><backspace><backspace>.... However, I feel it'd be much nicer to just press s again ;)
