Add freeze and thaw for monadic graphs

I believe we should offer

freezeGraph :: (GraphM m mg, Graph g) => mg a b -> m (g a b)
thawGraph :: (GraphM m mg, Graph g) => g a b -> m (mg a b)

I think the best approach is to do this as part of #42 .
