Support FSL-1.1-MIT License

Describe the feature request Support for FSL licenses, primarily FSL-1.1-MIT.

Additional context FSL is a license that upholds a non-compete for 2 years, with any code released after 2 years being migrated to an MIT license. Releases within that 2 year period allow for pretty much anything -- besides selling a (recent; <2yr) forked version.

I think FSL will be integral to startups wanting to use Haskell while encouraging a transparent codebase and suggestions from its user base.
