New release containing client-side functionality

Hello, I would am interesting in using this library, specifically the client side functionality. What would it take to get a new release out and into Stackage? Thanks!

@adamwespiser We (well, @phadej) will be releasing servant 0.17 soon, and a new version of this package along with it. Regarding stackage, I have to admit I haven't followed what's been going on with the servant packages there but IIRC anyone is free to offer to update some packages in stackage, so once the releases are out on hackage, stackage can follow without requiring any intervention from us.
