Follow-up to #27.

I'm not sure what the next version number should be, https://github.com/haskell-servant/servant-mock/commit/7f356f7108e4b35b148bfc3a5a2f67edd5cfc2a1 bumped it to 0.9.7 which doesn't look quite right. 0.9 or 0.8.8? There's only addition of one instance.

Travis is no more and the rest of the servant ecosystem switched to GH Actions so I've removed .travis.yml in https://github.com/haskell-servant/servant-mock/pull/28/commits/0e13d319a120fd19985e16c5e86a28689a772bb2

Updated to allow servant 0.19.
