Is there any plan to accept this or #58? We've suffered from exactly the same issue as in #57.

@mightybyte @ulysses4ever @conn The maintainer, @sjakobi, has not made himself heard for a while. I am not a direct user of HsYAML, so I do not feel qualified to make semantic changes. I have just bumped dependencies to keep this package alive. I think some active user of the package should take it over. Any volunteers?

Totally agree with Andreas here. Sadly, I'm not an active user either, so I'd prefer someone else to step up.
