[EPIC] Link Hashtypes to cracker binaries

When you write your own Hashcat kernel, you might not create a pull request upstream and thus have a different hashcat version then the default. The means that one cracker has different hashtypes. Still you can select a cracker which does not support a specific hashtype. This item is about linking those together. In the end, when you select a hashtype you should only be able to select crackers which do support this hashtype or be notified that the cracker does not support it.
