[EPIC] Audit logging

Currently when a new hashlist is created the corresponding user performing this action is logged. However no logging appears to be performed of a users actions for any task type (New Task, New Preconfigured Task, New Supertask, etc.).

I'm requesting for logging of all user actions against tasks (creation, modification, deletion).

I would say no only for tasks, but also Hashlist, files, crackers etc. This is also related to #207 But that is more about displaying in the interface. This is also to have some audit trail for what was changed and by whom.

An Audit trail makes sense and probably we could change a little bit the logs interface to add custom filters to search by user, actions, etc...
