[ENHANCEMENT]: Use highest version of cracker by default when creating new task

Description

Example cracker overview (hashcat version 0.0.1 was recently added and has a higher id than the other versions):

When creating a new task, the version with the highest id gets selected by default:

On the old UI, the latest hashcat version gets selected by default. Would it be better to also do it on the new UI?
