[ENHANCEMENT]: webUI: Update agent binary

Description

In the new UI (http://localhost:4200/#/config/engine/agent-binaries) it is not possible to check for agent binary update and then update it when a new version is available. This was possible in the old UI.

The edit of agent binaries should be possible. To allow a good understanding for the users who want to adjust the versions/binaries for the agents, additional documentation should be added.

But we will remove the functionality of the auto-update as this does not work well anymore in a docker environment.
