[BUG]: Switching Users leads to problems with missing permission

Description

Usecase: You log in as admin User, and access a restricted area. You log out. You log in as normal User and Hashtopolis wants to bring you to the same page but cant, because you dont have the rights.

Solution: Either always the landing page is the Dashboard or you catch the permisson error.
