Create documentation for TFC integration

Description

To make it easier for new developers to get started with the extension and especially the TFC integration, we should create some documentation.

@dbanck is this still needed? There were updates to the readme when the TFC integration was released, but you are point to the developer docs. I'm not sure what is needed there, can you add further detail here?

The idea came up during one of our recent planning sessions. How can we enable other developers/teams to contribute features to our codebase, especially the TFC integration. Can we create some documentation to make things easier for them?
