This branch (and PR) is used to set up a basic showcase/playground page where to collect all the existing form-related components in Vault UI (at least, the most relevant ones), with all their possible variants, to have a picture of the current status quo, and understand what migrating to HDS components would involve in terms of impact and effort.

⚠️ This is not intended to be a working branch, it's just a spike to explore the problem space ⚠️
