Add option to manage AppRole Roles in Vault UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, managing AppRole roles is only possible via CLI / API commands. This is quite limiting and time-consuming when a simple operation like a role create could be performed in a much more straightforward way via interface.

Describe the solution you'd like This could be improved by adding the option to view Roles (similarly to PKI roles or issuers for example) via the UI

I feel like this is an easy piece to add to Vault UI and would be really welcome to improve the UI coverage.

Any authentication method using roles could benefit from this.
