Thank you for bringing this to our intention, we have made a ticket to add some additional descriptive text and a different label. Our engineering team will be taking care of this within the next minor version. We will link the PR to this ticket when it's been completed.

The changes to fix the lookup label and a couple other labels in the ui can be found here: https://github.com/hashicorp/vault/pull/16489 and were merged to main so closing this pull request.
