kubectl get vaultdynamicsecret should show some status

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I am looking to see if a secret is properly populating I have to list, then describe the resource.

[tmcneely@local ~]$ k get vaultdynamicsecret -o wide
NAME                AGE
image-pull-secret   7m37s

Did it work? I can't tell from that.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to see a status column added, maybe a "last updated" ?

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Looking at the events? (kubectl describe vaultDynamicSecret image-pull-secret) -- note these seem to be truncated log entries
• Look at logs of VSO (this requires someone with access to that namespace)

Additional context

I am thinking maybe something somewhat similar to k get ingress or k get pvc... obviously, this would require there to be a status field added to the type?
