Extra arguments for kube-rbac-proxy through the helm chart values

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We are using an external prometheus to scrape the metrics in our clusters. It uses certificate authentication. In order to enable the certificate authentication in kube-rbac-proxy, one needs to pass the following command line argument: --client-ca-file="/var/run/secrets/kubernetes.io/serviceaccount/ca.crt".

Unfortunately, this is not possible in the VSO helm chart as the arguments are hard coded in the helm chart template.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to add extra arguments to the kube-rbac-proxy container through helm values. Possibly, following the same, generic way how we can do it for the manager container.

Describe alternatives you've considered Do not use helm directly to install VSO (use helm template first or ...).
