I raise the VM without problems with "vagrant up" From the VirtualBox terminal I can log in without problems. But with the "vagrant ssh" command it fails with the error described in the output.

A debug log is needed to investigate this error. If it is still possible, providing a gist of the output generated from running:

vagrant ssh --debug

when encountering this error will allow further investigation.
