Support Disaster/ Performance Replication

Hi Folks,

I have realized that currently the provider does not support disaster- or performance replication. Is there a reason for this, or has it simply not been implemented yet?

If you guys are generally ok with these resources, I could initiate a first PR

@FalcoSuessgott We are tracking this feature request internally with our engineering teams. Due to the complexity of the implementation, our engineers prefer for us to work on this internally. However, we do enjoy interacting with our community, so if you have suggestions or thoughts, please feel free to share them with us! :)

I am also interested with such a feature, I understand there are some complex cases to handle but it would be nice to be able to manage DR/Perf replication through Terraform
