Allow to configure `log_statement` for a role.

Hello,

Thank you for maintaining this provider repository. I added the log_statement setting to the role resource. This allows for role specific log levels of SQL statements. Since this is my first contribution to this code base, please let me know if there is anything else that I need to do to get this feature merged into master.

Hi @cyrilgdn -- what is the process for getting things like this approved and merged in? We have a bunch of additions we would love to add back into this provider.
