Description

We have automated tests for terraform cloud, we also should have a set of tests against terraform enterprise to make sure we integrate nicely

We don't need this if we only use the terraform cli and no manual API calls, adding a low prio because of this.

We are now using TF CLI, so no need to test against TFE anymore
