Morning,

I am in the process of building a pre-prod environment for a customer and trying to get the production grade deployment to build.

Can we get the example config done for a production environment? I suspect the problems im having may be related to the config im passing in for the Azure Storage backend. The GUI has an empty field for the SA's endpoint but there is not doco available about how to configure the SA (and an endpoint?) for the production deployment.
