Add support to attach VMware Tools ISO for installation

Description

Instead of vmware guest tools upload allow for vmware guest tools to be attached to vm as a cdrom drive. This would speed up builds tremendously esspecially for windows systems as upload takes a long time. This also saves disk space and doesn't require scripts to manually remove the iso file from the system after guest tools install. This also mimicks behavior similar to every other provider as well.

I've updated the issue title to reflect this as an option vs an "instead of"; otherwise it would be a breaking change. The option can then mirror the use as seen in packer-plugin-vsphere.

Self-assigned for review after the driver consolidation.

Timeframe would be when support for ESX and Player are removed from the plugin in v2.

I've written the enhancement for the v2.0.0 release and will open a pull request for peer review once all e2e tests are satisfactory.
