Hi @gagan-bhullar-tech,

Have you tried some of the options provided on the docs page linked in the error? This error can be triggered by a variety of causes, and just with the error we cannot troubleshoot the problem, or if it is a Packer/plugin bug, could you share a template and logs that we can inspect?

Also since this is AWS related, I'll transfer the issue over to the AWS plugin repo for tracking purposes.
