Docs Site has a lot of dead links

Overview of the Issue

It seems the docs site was redone recently, and as such there are a great deal of dead links. Such as:

https://developer.hashicorp.com/consul/docs -> register mesh services

goes to a 404 page.

Yeah, just saw this when trying to look up the recursors docs on how to set it. 3 links to it on the DNS forwarding page go to broken anchors.
